Bear's Glen Cabins Rental Policies

2 night minimum and 3 nights on holiday weekends.

You must be at least 21 years of age.

No more than 3 cars per cabin and no parties or reunions unless you rent enough cabins to accommodate the number of people you are planning to have attend.

Prices are based on 1 to 4 person occupancy; each additional person is $10 extra per night.

Small pets are welcome; however there is an extra $10 per night per pet.

NO SMOKING inside cabins at all � minimum $50 cleaning fee will be applied if you do.

QUIET TIME: 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. if you disturb other renters you may be escorted off the property with no refund.

CHECK IN: 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for later or earlier check-in times you must make arrangements in advance to receive your key. (We are sorry for the inconvenience but check in/out times must remain firm so that our staff will have the appropriate time needed to get the cabin ready for you or our next guest.)

CHECK OUT TIME: 11 a.m. if you stay beyond this time without approval from management an additional day will be charged to your card.

Reservation guaranteed with credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. A $50 deposit will be charged to your credit card when your reservation is confirmed. The remaining balance will be charged when you arrive.

Reservations for 2 or more cabins require the first night paid in advance as the deposit.

Reservations of 5 days or more will require 2 nights in advance as the deposit.

Cancellations and date changes need to be made WITHIN 14 days of arrival. Otherwise you will lose your deposit and we may charge you for the full reservation fee if we are unable to rent the cabin.

Cancellations or date changes must be confirmed by the manager. Messages left on answering machines, e-mails, and cell phone voice mail service is not a reliable means of communication.

We DO NOT give refunds due to bad weather, early departure or because of lake conditions including blue algae or high/low lake levels.

Missing items/damages will be charged to your card.

Overcrowding of the cabins or having more guests than detailed in the original reservation will result in extra charges or you may be removed from the property with no refund.

Owner/management is not liable or responsible for damages/losses to guest property or person.

DO YOUR OWN DISHES and keep the property as clean as when you arrived, additional cleaning fees will be charged to your card.

There will be a charge of no less than $30.00 for mailing your personal belongings to you.

No tents or RV�s without permission of management.
